Well, so user has by mistake pushed few buttons on his/her phone and now the phone is in DND – Do Not Disturb mode and user cannot receive any calls or calls cannot be transffered to him/her. Well, the simple fix is to follow these few steps:
- On the phone press FEATURE button
- press #85
- You should now see message on display Allowing Calls
- Press RELEASE button
- you phone is now back in normal – receiving mode 🙂
