Ubuntu 14.04 issue to install Google-Chrome – dependency problems

I have rebuilt my system and installed latest updated version of Ubuntu 14.04on my ultra book. I am trying to install latest version of Google-Chrome 37 on my system and getting this error message:

(Reading database … 229928 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb …
Unpacking google-chrome-stable (37.0.2062.94-1) over (37.0.2062.94-1) …
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of google-chrome-stable:
google-chrome-stable depends on libappindicator1; however:
Package libappindicator1 is not installed.

Here is the solution, yo will need to download these 2 dependencies and install before you can install Google-Chrome.

Once you have downloaded both amd64 deb packages install them in these steps

sudo dpkg -i libindicator7_12.10.2+14.04.20140402-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i libappindicator1_12.10.1+13.10.20130920-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb

Now you should have successfully installed Google-Chrome latest version 37 on your Ubuntu 14.04version without errors.
