In case you are running [easyazon-link asin=”0672329573″ locale=”us”] Windows Small Business Server 2008 [/easyazon-link] or [easyazon-link asin=”0735656703″ locale=”us”] Windows Small Business Server 2011 [/easyazon-link]or any of the mail servers [easyazon-link asin=”0672329204″ locale=”us”] Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 [/easyazon-link] or [easyazon-link asin=”0672330466″ locale=”us”] Exchange Server 2010 [/easyazon-link] you should not install these updates on your servers:

These two updates – Windows Management Framework 3.0 and [easyazon-link asin=”0735663394″ locale=”us”] Windows PowerShell 3.0 [/easyazon-link] – are being pushed down from Microsoft to your WSUS servers as well as being available on Microsoft Windows Updates sites. Apparently these two updates will cause you a lot of trouble and pain with your mail servers Microsoft Exchange 2007 and [easyazon-link asin=”0735627193″ locale=”us”] Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 [/easyazon-link] since both these servers do not require these updates.

More details you can find on these two blogs regarding the issues:

Just heads up !
