To use the “java” command-line tool you need to install a JDK message on El Capitan

After I updated to Mac OS X  10.11 ( [easyazon_link identifier=”1491917954″ locale=”US” tag=”wn0d5-20″] El Capitan [/easyazon_link]), I am continually prompted to install Java  even I have already installed the latest Java on the machine.

This is the message:

To use the “java” command-line tool you need to install a JDK

Here is solution to the problem:

This package is exclusively intended for support of legacy software and installs the same deprecated version of Java 6 included in the 2014-001 and 2013-005 releases. Quit any Java applications before installing this update.
