You have lost connection on your desktop and you want to troubleshoot the issue. Ok, lets use the command line again in this case.
- Click Start, and then click on RUN
- in the RUN dialog box, type cmd.exe
- once in Command Prompt type in
- Netsh Diag GUI
- you will have anew window in front of toy and options to scan you computer
This will run the netsh diagnostic in graphic mode and at the end of the execution you will see detail report that can be saved in to file for your reference.
netsh diag show mail
netsh diag show adapter
Also you can use more Netsh commans to troubleshoot IEProxy, Mail ..etc
